Portal Update: Simplified Ticket Access
We’ve made a small change to the customer portal to improve your experience. Instead of seeing four separate boxes — Customer Service Web, Knowledge Base, Request a Service, and Create a Ticket — you’ll now see just Customer Service Web.
From there, you can still access all the same tools and resources — they’ve just been grouped together for a cleaner layout.
Prefer the old way?
No problem! All four options are still available in the top menu — just scroll to the top of the page and find Support and you’ll find them there.
